One Piece Card Game's Mini Case Set [TS-03] Packs Luffy, Shanks and Boa Hancock Into One Slim Box

October 15, 2026

Bandai has rounded out the One Piece Card Game's October lineup with a compact one for the collectors: the Mini Case Set -Luffy/Shanks/Hancock- [TS-03] drops on October 30, 2026, at an MSRP of US $11.99.

It is exactly as small as the name promises. Each box holds a single Mini Case (one of six designs), one Promotion Card (one of six new designs), and two booster packs from -THE WORLD'S STRONGEST WARRIORS- [OP-17]. The existing Mini Case price point stays flat too — $11.99 across every variant, so there is no premium bump for picking your favorite character.

Who's on the box

The set is built around three of the franchise's biggest names: Monkey D. Luffy, Shanks, and Boa Hancock. That trio spans both the show's heart and its bottom line, which makes the design choices predictable but popular. Six versions of both the case and the promo card means completionists have a genuine collect-them-all itch to scratch — and Bandai knows that, which is why these smaller collector-focused sets tend to move quickly through pre-order and into the secondary market.

What you're really buying

Worth being clear about what this is, because it is not a competitive product. There is no new leader, no new mechanic, and deck-builders should treat it as what it is: two random OP-17 packs plus a promo. The value lives in the presentation layer — the display case, the fresh promo art, and the convenience of grabbing two legit packs without committing to a whole box.

For the price of a couple of loose packs you get the added collectible shell around them. If that sounds like your kind of purchase, it is an easy recommend. If your goal is pulling a specific card or rounding out a deck list, you are still better off buying the OP-17 packs directly and skipping the box.

A quick pre-order note

October 30 is under three weeks out, and this is the kind of product that sells through fast on release weekend. If you want one at MSRP rather than hunting the aftermarket, pre-order from your local game store or Bandai's official channels before the weekend of launch. The six-case / six-promo hunt is the draw, so decide now whether you are grabbing one for the desk or chasing the full set — that choice changes how quickly you need to move.

The Mini Case Set lands October 30 across the English market, with the product page live now on the official One Piece Card Game site. Between this, the Heroines Edition vol.2 release the same day, and OP-18's late-November arrival, October is shaping up to be a busy stretch on the collector side of the One Piece card game.

Is it for you?

Three kinds of players will get the most out of TS-03: people who display cards, gift buyers, and anyone who likes opening a booster with a bit of ceremony. If you keep your pulls in a binder and never look at them again, the extra shell adds nothing. If you actually find yourself picking up cards to look at, the six case designs suddenly matter.

The promo card is the other thing to weigh. Six brand-new designs, one per box, with no way to know which you get until it's open — for players building toward a full promo set, that is six trips through the store or the marketplace, not one. Plan accordingly if a complete set is the actual goal.
